In alto domina la Madonna col bambino, in basso, si nota a sinistra S. Domenico, apostolo del S. Rosario, al centro S. Lorenzo e a destra S. Caterina martire. Restaurato nel 2001.

I quindici misteri del S. Rosario che contornano la tela sono di Ottavio Amigoni. Restaurati nel 2001.
