In primo piano, inginocchiati, due membri della casa Gambara, abbracciati da S. Carlo Borromeo. Dietro, Sant' Antonio. Gli sguardi sono rivolti alla Madonna col Bambino, assisa su un trono di nubi ed angeli. In basso a destra un'interessante veduta di Verolanuova. Restaurato nel 2000

In the foreground two members of the House of Gambara are knelt and embraced by St. Charles Borromeo.
Behind them there is St. Antonius.
They are all looking to Our Lady with the Child.
At the bottom a view of Verolanuova.
